Yoga @ the Refuge

The season for Yoga at Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge is May through October, Monica Walsh teaches her classic healing hour, an all levels gentle moving meditation. This is a slow hatha/yin class. Whole-body whole-system-opening breathing and movement with deep yin holds! Intentional movement progressing towards strength and healing to make you feel invigorated and relaxed.  Breathe in the healing energy of the natural surroundings, heal yourself as you contribute to healing the animals around you.

Enjoying our eveninging yoga in the nature setting of the Pine Barrens. Surrounded by the sounds of nature, the smells of the forest and the night air, it is sure to calm your mind, body and spirit.
