Getting Started... Yoga is for everyone!

Getting Started... Yoga is for everyone!

Getting started is often the hardest part of reaching your goals.  Indecision takes over and begins to loop until the wheels spin so hard you have grounded yourself your own mud and can't find a way to lift yourself out of the muck.  This is where I come in, I too have been stuck, through yoga and healing practices I have been able to grow and bloom.  Never forgetting where I came from, I am aware of how much suffering you can experience when you are desperate for change but don't know how to make it happen.

So, I like to keep it simple, beginning starts with booking a yoga class.  Once you are on the mat, all you have to do is exactly what the teacher says and before you know it your mind will shift and your body will relax.  It's that simple, every time.  But we forget and we get stuck, so getting yoga on your calendar on a regular basis will help to change that.  Once we consistently start to feel better our taste changes and we start to let go of our bad habits.

Below is a guide for where you can take my class!!!

PLEASE KNOW, my larger purpose is to help those of you who can't or won't come to a public space, no matter the reason, and give you personalized attention so we can focus on your wellbeing and healing.  If that is you or you know someone who can benefit from personalized in-home yoga, this is what I do.  You can even invite up to 3 other people to take the class with you in your home for the same price. Please help me help the community and spread the word! Our sessions are personalized towards modalities which best target your specific therapeutic needs.
