Register for 7 Week Lymphatic Drainage and Gentle Yoga @ the MAC
-Each week we will begin with a lymphatic drainage routine before diving into a healing yoga practice!
Focused on restorative principles, with an emphasis on relieving stress and muscular tension, and maximizing range of movement.
-This is a very meditative style of yoga. Please bring a yoga mat.
-A regular weekly practice will: regulate the nervous system, improve balance, increase mobility, strengthen muscles, aid the immune system, clean internal organs, heal from injury or surgery, as well as manage Osteoporosis & Osteoarthritis. You can even get a natural face lift! A powerful journey, Yoga refines connection through conscious discipline, determination, steady observation, and self reflection.
