Twenty Six Postures and Two Breathing Exercises, a physically and mentally therapeutic series. Training concentration, stamina, and muscle control with consistency over time will build depth, accuracy, and the opportunity to live your life with intention. Once a regular practice is under way, things in life become more clear as your awareness sharpens and your technique refines.
While this series is traditionally practiced in a heated room of 105 degrees at 40% humidity, this is not practical in a non-traditional setting. If you'd like to replicate this environment at home, we recommend raising the heat using a space heater or two if you are able, adding a humidifier to the room, and keeping your space as sealed as possible for an hour before class. We highly recommended directional heaters and a medium size room humidifier as these are what we use at home for years with great success.
By default, you are purchasing a single, at-home, Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class. If your unsure of which options to choose, just ask me! The 6, 12, & 24 class packs are discounted 5%, 10% and 15% respectively, and classes can be used as often as your schedule allows and is completely flexible. Please be aware that there is a surcharge for distances over 20 miles from my home, So choose you location appropriately. Thanks!
