Yin Yoga is a tool for tuning in, from start to finish this whole practice is done on the floor. Each posture is held in stillness for a minimum of two minutes, encouraging opening the body by way of relaxation, body part by body part coxing opening up through connective tissues and joints. Once you get into the posture, your only job is to relax and breathe. The more you are able to let go and tune into the rhythm of inhales and exhales the deeper your benefits will be. It's a process of removing the mind, body & consciousness from stress, tension and anxiety through posture, stillness and breath. The mind tells the muscles to relax and over time we open up the fascia connective tissue along with range of motion.
By default, you are purchasing a single, at-home, Yin Yoga class. If your unsure of which options to choose, just ask me! The 6, 12, & 24 class packs are discounted 5%, 10% and 15% respectively, and classes can be used as often as your schedule allows and is completely flexible. Please be aware that there is a surcharge for distances over 20 miles from my home, So choose you location appropriately. Thanks!
